VivaFirenze.it is an active supporter of the No-Profit Life Beyond Tourism® web site which promotes the development of the area and local economy through a tourism guided to the quality of service, hospitality and real knowledge of the visited place, with its traditions and local expressions. Thanks to the patronage of Florence Municipality, Florence Province and Tuscan Region and through the tight cooperation with more than 400 cultural institutions including the University of Florence and intergovernmental organizations including UNESCO, Life Beyond Tourism ® establish projects for the protection and enjoyment of the cultural heritage of Florence and international, as well as standards and best practices to promote dialogue between cultures.
