Can I book without a credit card? 

No. You can only make a reservation with a valid credit card. You can use the credit card of another person by entering the required data in the field on the credit card. Different payment methods are exceptional and managed only through the Customer Support


I entered my credit card details, will the payment be immediate?

No. The card is only for a guarantee. The credit cards data are transmitted to the hotel in a secure way. Payment will be made directly at the hotel upon arrival. Exceptions for the "Not Refundable" rates for which the payment is debited from the hotel as in the conditions stated in the confirmation email.


What is the difference between the "Free cancellation" rates and the "Not Refundable"ones?

With the "Free cancellation" rates the payment is made directly to the chosen structure and the reservation can be canceled according to the conditions at the time of booking and in the confirmation email.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival, by verifing the data. This procedure is not a charge, but a "freeze" temporary amount (generally with the cost of the first night).


In "Not Refundable" rates, the payment is made at the time of booking and will not be modified or canceled, unless payment of the entire stay.


Can I make reservations by phone?

You can make reservations by phoning to(+39) 055 290730 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm Rome time) and providing the data of the credit card required for booking.


What does the price include?

The services included in the reservation are indicated during the booking page insertion of personal data and reported in the confirmation email. Each hotel has a dedicated page with a general description, the facilities available, the policies and a map.


Has my reservation been confirmed? 

At the end of the booking process you will arrive on a confirmation page containing the reservation number and the PIN. The system automatically sends an instant confirmation email with all the booking details.


Can I cancel or change my reservation with Vivafirenze.it? 

The reservation can be canceled  enetering your booking details (reservation number and PIN) in the section "Manage Reservation" in the home page of Vivafirenze.it, in accord with the conditions specified at the time of booking.


To change your reservation, please contact the Customer Support.


Where can I find the hotel address? 

In the hotel page there is the address and a map. The hotel details including phone number, address and email are indicated in the confirmation email.


Can I get extra beds/cots for children? 

In the section 'Policies' in the hotel page you will find the method of payment and treatment for children. You should include this request in the "Special Requests" form in the booking page.


Are pets allowed? 

This information is listed under the "Facilities" section in the hotel page.
