Gavinana

The Gavinana district extends in the south-east part of Florence, on the left bank of the river Arno. This area is characterized by charming villas and residences in Umbertino style, dating back to the early '900.

The bridge of San Niccolò connects the district of Gavinana to the historic center of Florence, which is about 1,5 kilometers away.

The Park of Anconella, which covers a long stretch of Gavinana, is the ideal place for pleasant walks and outdoor activities.

Hotels near Gavinana are suitable for those seeking tranquility and relax, just few minutes from the main museums and monuments of Florence.
